ZAP~POST was born out of a frustration with inefficient mass marketing campaigns that treat people like a numbers game. It’s a big deal when a customer shares their personal details with a brand. We believe they deserve more than generic spam in return. Email Campaigns vs Direct Mail. Neither are ideal. On average, email marketing achieves an open rate of less than 18% and a click-through rate as low as 3%. The busier our inboxes become, the more people are clicking unsubscribe. The analogue approach was to send out mass direct mailers. But the downside is that they’re impersonal, expensive and difficult to measure the return on investment.
