ZAP~POST is a brand of ARC X-media.
ARC X-media has proudly partnered with veritree since 2024.

Prior to this new partnership, ARC X-media was partnered with Eden Reforestation Projects where we were planting one tree for every 100 Zaps sent.  And, our sister brand,, has been planting a tree for every 65 SMARTSlips dispatched.

By the end of 2023, over 130,000 trees were planted with a proverbial ARC X badge, and that's thanks to our wonderfully aware customer base.

Why we moved to veritree

Transparency, clear ownership, ensuring additionality and permanence (i.e. long-term survival), and an inclusive approach are the key criteria we look for when we invest in restoration projects. This is why we have partnered with veritree.

Every month, every customer is updated with how many trees they have contributed to planting, as a result of working with us, whether that be sending Zaps or dispatching SMARTSlip.

About veritree

veritree uses blockchain technology to provide planting organizations with an integrated platform to support ground-level data collection, site planning, inventory (tree) management, and impact monitoring, bringing transparency, traceability and legitimacy to nature-based solutions. To ensure clear ownership and additionality, each tree planted through the veritree platform has its own unique QR code to ensure it is new, and unique.

veritree is designed to be inclusive of local communities, closely involving them in on-the-ground monitoring, reporting and verification processes to safeguard the projects while creating jobs and incentives to ensure long-term success of the restoration efforts.

This partnership gives us, and our members, confidence that the impacts of our efforts are real, measured and verified.

Whilst 'trees' and climate change might be the headlines, it is the work days, the ecosystem and the regeneration we are especially proud to be a small part of.

A fully grown tree equates to roughly 10,000 pieces of paper on average.

100 Zaps = 1 tree planted, which (eventually) creates 10,000 pieces of paper which, in turn, is enough for another 20,000 Zaps, which will enable the planting of another 200 trees.  In other words, sending Zaps means way more trees are planted than are used.

Whilst our sustainability efforts through this valued partnership may not be a reason on its own, if you are considering automated direct mail as an additional marketing channel, you will be planting trees as a direct result. Another very good reason to use ZAP~POST for your Automated Direct Mail.
