ZAP~POST is a brand of ARC X-media.
ARC X-media has proudly partnered with veritree since 2024.
Prior to this new partnership, ARC X-media was partnered with Eden Reforestation Projects where we were planting one tree for every 100 Zaps sent. And, our sister brand, Retain.me, has been planting a tree for every 65 SMARTSlips dispatched.
By the end of 2023, over 130,000 trees were planted with a proverbial ARC X badge, and that's thanks to our wonderfully aware customer base.
Why we moved to veritree
Transparency, clear ownership, ensuring additionality and permanence (i.e. long-term survival), and an inclusive approach are the key criteria we look for when we invest in restoration projects. This is why we have partnered with veritree.
Every month, every customer is updated with how many trees they have contributed to planting, as a result of working with us, whether that be sending Zaps or dispatching SMARTSlip.

veritree uses blockchain technology to provide planting organizations with an integrated platform to support ground-level data collection, site planning, inventory (tree) management, and impact monitoring, bringing transparency, traceability and legitimacy to nature-based solutions. Perspective
A fully grown tree equates to roughly 10,000 pieces of paper on average.
100 Zaps = 1 tree planted, which (eventually) creates 10,000 pieces of paper which, in turn, is enough for another 20,000 Zaps, which will enable the planting of another 200 trees. In other words, sending Zaps means way more trees are planted than are used.
